Another month has passed and we just got an update on how video games are selling in our great country of Canada for February 2023. Knowing the top 10 selling games was only a recent endeavour for the country, which was put together by the ESA Canada and marketing research firm, NPD Group. Hopefully, we’ll be getting more of these quicker in the future as this goes on which are featured on the ESA Canada’s website.
For the top ten selling games in Canada, for February 2023 not much has changed as far as placement with five games still in the same place with one other, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II changing places from the number one placement to number two. as for the rest, new games has taken the other ten rankings for the month including Hogwarts Legacy, Octopath Traveler II, and Metroid Prime Remastered. Most interestingly the Ps5 remake of The Last of Us has cracked in at number eight which may have to do with the HBO series airing at the time.
