The heavily anticipated S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl has been delayed to November 20, 2024, two months after its intended launch of September 5, 2024.
Developer GSC Game World announced on Twitter that they’d be squashing some bugs and putting more time into dropping the game they’ve envisioned. A new developer deep-dive video was also announced. It will hit Xbox media channels on August 12 and will include interviews, new gameplay, and a full walkthrough of one of the quests available in the game.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl has had a long journey to launch, including developing through Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. With just a few months to go, it will launch on November 20, 2024, on Xbox Series, Xbox Game Pass, and PC.
