Silent Hill: Townfall

Konami Releases 18 Minutes of Silent Hill: Townfall Gameplay

Konami and Annapurna Interactive revealed a new 18-minute gameplay video for next month’s Silent Hill: Townfall.

The video begins in St. Amelia, the town in which the game is set. You play as Simon Ordell as he heads back to the island. He explores what looks like the town square and pulls out his CRTV, a portable screen he can tune to find his next objective.

With the town covered in an ominous fog, Simon moves through a section of St. Amelia, including a bulletin board, while using the CRTV, which points to the next location you must head to through choppy visuals on the screen.

A voice speaks to Simon through the handheld television as he follows a signal to a house. Opening up room 2A, the video heads into Zoe’s home as you search for items before picking up a flashlight. After searching for a bit, Simon opens a map and heads back out into the town.

It is here that we see a monster appear, and you can follow it with the CRTV as it stumbles through town. The monster then appears closer and closer as Simon hides out in a building. As Simon heads out once more, the town is now covered in a dense red fog covering the town. Simon moves through back alleys and around corners as he makes his way to his next location. If it isn’t apparent, this version of St. Amelia is not the regular version of the town.

The video ends as Simon enters a tenement building that is filled with supernatural beings.

Silent Hill: Townfall launches for PlayStation 5 and PC on September 24, 2026.
