Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Expansion Pass Announced

How much Fire Emblem is too much? Well, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is getting an expansion pass to continue your journey in Dagda.

Over three waves beginning today, Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave adds new weapons, new outfits, and three new allies, culminating in 2027 with new stories featuring Bertrand, Talimun, Orchel, and Anatolia. Next year will also add more allies, new classes, and more.

The first wave will introduce “prototype weapons modelled after the Heroes’ Relics from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Cai will get Dmitri’s spear, Theodora will get Claude’s bow and arrow, Leda will get Edelgard’s axe, and Dietrich will get Byleth’s sword.

Then, during Holiday 2026, wave 2 adds new outfits for the four main characters, plus Godly Aid from three new allies: Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurah.

In our review of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave, we called it “an ambitious entry for the series, and it delivers a memorable experience that’s hard to put down. Between the expansive Flame Lord campaigns, which feed into the Pale Raven campaign, there is a lot of story to parse. Many of the characters you meet are worth recruiting, and getting to know them over a meal is one of the better moments outside of training with them at the colosseum. What Nintendo has done with the latest Fire Emblem is nothing short of marvellous.”
