The psychotic clown killer Needles Kane who drives an ice cream truck outfitted with an arsenal of weapons will be voiced by Will Arnett. As sony’s Twisted Metal heads to the small screen, so too does the need for vehicular combat.
Per Variety, Arnett will star and executive produce the series for Peacock. He is also the latest actor to join the growing cast of the PlayStation Studios production which includes Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Haden Church, and Neve Campbell.
Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are adapting the series to screen with \ Michael Jonathan Smith serving as Twisted Metal’s writer, showrunner, and executive producer.
Arnett’s voice is ideal for the role and I can see Sweet Tooth being a major draw for fans. I’m looking forward to seeing how Arnett plays with the character.
