Activision and developer Treyarch revealed the first trailer for Blackout, a series first game mode that tackles the popular battle royale genre that takes place on the largest maps ever seen in the series.
I watched the trailer a few times today to get as much detail as I could and I feel like this new mode can help invigorate the series in exciting new ways. The cool thing about this mode is that familiar location including Array, Hydro, and Nuketown are all connected – which we saw via a tweet from the developer confirming the map size. I’d love to see Rust be made available somehow, as a callback to Modern Warfare 2.
Where are you dropping first?

The battle royale mode looks nice. It looks a lot like an enhanced graphics PUBG.
