And just like that, the third Watch Dogs leaks days before the annual E3 Conference in LA. Ubisoft titles above all others tend to fall victim to being leaked mere days before thousands of fans flock to Los Angeles Convention Center. This year Amazon UK is the culprit for leaking Watch Dogs Legion.
This is what I find most interesting though. Watch Dogs Legion is set in what is described as a near-future, dystopian version of London. In a post-Brexit landscape, everything has changed and now London is in trouble. “London is one of the most iconic cities in the world and has had a massive influence on all of Western Culture for centuries… London makes total sense for WD, as the city has one of the highest surveillance levels in the world making this the perfect playground. ”
Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems.
If this isn’t enough to win you over, Kotaku’s Jason Schreier tweeted confirmation that several sources familiar with the project knew the existence of that title.
