We’ve got another look at how games sell in Canada as the ESA Canada has updated their website showcasing the top ten selling video games for April 2023. Once again, this is an endeavour that ESA Canada and marketing research firm, the newly named Circana (formerly known as the NPD Group), kicked off literally at the beginning of the year with our look at January 2023’s top ten selling games and that top ten list isn’t stopping any time soon.
Some things haven’t changed for the top ten-selling games in Canada in May 2023, with titles that launched earlier this year maintaining their top ten spots while being slightly moved around in ESA Canada’s updated list. This month sees NHL 23 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe returning and Far Cry 6 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom making their top ten debuts, with the latter coming at number one.
