On each of October 20, 21 and 22 all Stadia users can play a brand new, exclusive demo or beta for free. These demos will be available for seven days, so get at them while you have the chance.
If you’re a current Stadia player, you can play via the Click to Play link or by navigating to the Stadia store. If you are a new Stadia player, play via the Click to Play link or by navigating to the Stadia store, you’ll need an account to play the demos, however.
Day One’s overview can be watched here and the games out today include PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle Demo which includes an Elimination mode. There are two game styles available in the full game and you can go head-to-head with 64 players in a battle royale mode. PAC-MAN Mega Tunnel Battle introduces new power-ups, a variety of character customizations and mazes, and a new Spectator mode that allows players to impact the game from the sidelines.
Stadia owners can also try out Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order today before the game launches on November 24, 2020.
Humankind is the second demo available on October 21, as you expand your empire, discover new technologies, form diplomatic relationships, and master fully tactical battles within a 4X game of monumental proportions. That’s right, Humankind is a turn-based title that asks you to rewrite history.
Immortals Fenyx Rising will get a demo on October 22, and we’ve recently gone hands-on with the game, which was rebranded after a spat with Monster Energy. Check out Steve’s impressions here.
Stadia will offer a demo of Hello Engineer, which is coming first to Stadia. It is a multiplayer machinery-building game set in the Hello Neighbour universe, so you can expect to know how that goes. Scavenge, craft and overcome challenges in the sandbox world of a mysterious amusement park. Put together incredible machines built of scrap, and beware of the Neighbor.
