Telltale Games‘ The Wolf Among Us Remastered launches this October, a new trailer confirms.
Based on the Fables comic book series by Bill Willingham, you play as Bigby Wolf, who many may know as the Big Bad Wolf from the Goldilocks fairy tale. Set in Fabletown, a community in New York where magical people and folklore characters live in secret, you play as the sheriff.
A murder sets Bigby on the hunt for the killer living within the Fabletown community, and accross five episodes—“Episode 1: Faith,” “Episode 2: Smoke and Mirrors,” “Episode 3: A Crooked Mile,” “Episode 4: In Sheep’s Clothing,” and “Episode 5: Cry Wolf,” you’ll work with people like Snow White to search for clues, talk to suspects, and make choices which shape the story.
Telltale’s The Wolf Among Us Remastered updates the visuals, including the characters and environments, and improves the UI and accessibility, plus technical enhancements like upgraded animation, audio, resolution and framerate improvements. There will also be a noir mode available to make your playthrough black and white.
The Wolf Among Us Remastered launches for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, Switch, Switch 2, and PC on October 29, 2026.
