Operation Dark Hours, the first eight-player raid in Tom Clancy’s The Division franchise history is primed and ready for consumption. The raid goes live on May 16 at 12:00 PM EST and introduces the toughest enemies yet.
The first-ever raid requires players to co-operate and tackle the challenges in front of them with teamwork. You’ll also need to reach World Tier 5 and cleared the Tidal Basin. Operation Dark Hours takes place in the Washinton National Airport, which is controlled by the Black Tusks. You’ll need to stay on your toes and support your team to clear the airport of enemies and take it back, striking a critical blow to their hold on the area.
In addition, this raid offers the toughest bosses yet, and with up to 8 players, you’ll need to figure out what works best as a team to overcome the challenges ahead of you. Completing the raid rewards players with exclusive gear sets, an exotic weapon and other items as well.
The coolest part is how Ubisoft plans on commemorating the entire event – the first team to complete Operation Dark Hours will find their team photo and names in The White House for all Division 2 players to see. All other players that complete “Operation Dark Hours” between May 16 and May 23 will receive a commemorative Arm Patch, while players who complete the raid after those dates will be rewarded with a clan banner icon and a trophy in their clan space.
