Devolver Digital and Croteam will deliver The Talos Principle 2 on November 2, 2023.
Croteam is offering the first Talos Principle for 90 percent off on Steam, including the Road to Gehenna expansion to celebrate the launch. You have until October 3 to purchase the first game in the series.
The sequel, The Talos Principle 2, expands on the original with more mind-bending mechanics, new puzzles to solve, and tons of new secrets to uncover in what Croteam describes as the weirdest world it has developed.
It is set in a distant future where humankind is extinct, and human culture lives on through the robots left behind. They are made to investigate a megastructure that will confront your character with questions about the nature of the cosmos, faith and reason, and learning from previous mistakes humanity once faced.
Croteam says familiar puzzles will return in The Talos Principle 2, accompanied by unique new gameplay, including mind transference and gravity manipulation. You can expect deep characters and a story with multiple endings that allow you to visit the strange and beautiful world humans have left behind, including a city on the brink of a paradigm shift and an island that holds the key to the future.
