Bandai Namco is releasing a rare demo for next month’s Tales of Arise, the first game in the series in almost five years. On August 18, both Xbox and PlayStation owners will be able to check out what the newest Tales of plays like and see how far the series has come.
The news was revealed today on Twitter via the official Tales of account but for those on PC, unfortunately, there is no demo.
The adventure of a lifetime starts in just ✨ one month ✨

There was no mention of what the demo includes next week and whether or not it’s the opening moments or something in the middle of the game but it’s wonderful seeing a demo for a video game. Bandai Namco also released a demo for the new IP Scarlet Nexus a few months ago, giving curious players a small taste of the nearly 40-hour campaign.
In Tales of Arise, you play as Alphen, who lives on Dahna, a planet stripped of its natural resources and a planet held hostage by the nearby planet of Rena. Alphen must fight to save his people with the help of Shionne, a girl who is on the run from the people of Rena. Together they will fight for their freedom.
Tales of Arise will launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC on September 10, 2021.
