To end today’s Nintendo Direct, Super Mario Bros. Wonder was revealed and is coming on October 20, 2023.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder starts looking like a classic 2D Mario game before turning into something extraordinary. The introduction of the Wonder Flower turns everything upside down where the pipes come alive, hordes of enemies appear, and characters change their appearance.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder adds Princess Peach, Princess Daisy and Yoshi as playable characters, with returning favourites like Mario, Luigi and Toad. We also see one of the first new power-ups — Elephant Mario.
