In case you weren’t aware – State of Decay 2 launches this month, on May 22, and Undead Labs’s sequel to the breakout hit is mere weeks away. To stress test, the studio is hosting a technical beta to help fix kinks and bugs, which is now live!
State of Decay 2 is shaping up to be a massive game for Xbox going into 2018, and with a simultaneous release on PC, you can join the technical beta. All you need to do is sign into your Live account on the State of Decay 2 website, which will link you to a survey, this will also install a DirectX tool to help meter your setting and see if you can run the game.
The open-world zombie survival game can be tackled solo or with three other players in a co-op mode and will feature the ability to cross-play with Windows machines, being an Xbox Play Anywhere title, this is perfect for groups of four friends looking to engage the undead. State of Decay 2 will also be apart of the Xbox Game Pass, so you can play the game on launch day if you’re subscribed to the service.
