Dramatic Labs has revealed that Star Trek: Resurgence will launch this May as it seeks to tell new stories within the iconic world created by Gene Roddenberry.
Set shortly after Star Trek: The Next Generation‘s timeline, an uprising is threatening peace between alien races and it is up to Starfleet to intervene and make things right.
The narrative for Star Trek: Resurgence is told through two different perspectives including U.S.S. Resolute’s First Officer Jara Rydek who is part of a diplomatic envoy led by Ambassador Spock. You’ll also play as Engineering Crewperson Carter Diaz, which tells the story from a different perspective on the ship.
Dramatic Labs is a studio comprised of former Telltale Games employees who have worked on Game of Thrones and The Wolf Among Us. Additionally, other employees worked on Batman: The Telltale Series and Batman: The Enemy Within, and The Walking Dead: The Final Season.
Star Trek: Resurgence launches on May 23, 2023, for Xbox Series, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.
