Annapurna Interactive and Heart Machine are moving Solar Ash from October 26 to December 2, 2021. The studio confirms it needs more time to polish the experience and address bug fixes and development during a pandemic is clearly not the easiest process.

Having originally been revealed back during the Future of Gaming Showcase in June 2020, the game from Hyper Light Drifter developer Heart Machine is shaping up to a wonderful-looking adventure platformer.
You play as Rei, a voidrunner who is on a mission to save her planet as she navigates her way through a black hole. Alx Preston spoke about the game earlier this year saying that the focus of Solar Ash is on the traversal and less on combat. This has always been the idea behind the newest game from Heart Machine.
Solar Ash now launches on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC on December 2.
