Singapore-based publisher Elementa and Chinese-based developer Silver Studio released a new 5-minute Silver Palace gameplay trailer giving a more in-depth look at the anime-style open world of the game’s Victorian-era metropolis, the real-time combat, and characters.
In Silver Palace, play as a Sherlock-like detective (male or female) as they explore this old-timey, Metropolis-like city, then partner with characters who pop up to unravel the plot and mysteries plaguing the city of Silverina, including the secrets behind the revolutionary source of power, Silverium. Players will also investigate crimes and hidden truths as multiple factions ranging from corporate monopolies and underground syndicates to royal affiliates and cults attempt to take control of Silverium as tensions rise across the city. Developed in Unreal Engine 5, Silver Place is set to feature an engaging story, a delicate anime-looking art style, distinctive characters, and a dynamic, action-oriented combat system.
Silver Palace is set to release for PC, iOS, & android device with no release date or window announced at this point, but unspecified console ports are already in the works. Until then, a closed beta of the game is set to kick off soon with signups unfortunately closed but you still can pre-register for the game on Silver Palace‘s official website.
