A brand-new trailer for the upcoming Silent Hill: Townfall dropped today at State of Play, along with the release date.
“As you may have noticed, each trailer for Silent Hill: Townfall has followed on directly from the one before, gradually building a picture of what Silent Hill: Townfall truly is. As with any Silent Hill story, plot details are obviously much better experienced and interpreted firsthand. With that in mind, we won’t go into too much detail on the events and locations that await Simon in St. Amelia, but we can dive into a few more features and moments revealed in the trailer,” says Motoi Okamoto, Producer, Konami and Jon McKellan, Writer & Director, Screen Burn Interactive.
The new trailer shows plenty of horror and creepiness, with Simon, the new main character, sneaking around trying to stay alive. He’ll have plenty of horrors to contend with as he deals with his past slowly surfacing. The wait won’t be long either, with the release date set for September 24, 2026.
