Sega revealed that both Puyo Puyo and Space Harrier is coming this month to Nintendo Switch via the eShop. If you’re interested, both launch on August 22 for $11 CAD each.
I’m a huge fan of Space Harrier, an on-rails shooter where you’re tasked with saving the Land of the Dragons from monsters. Using your abilities, and with help from dragons, you’ll need to do your best to save the world and crush your enemies.
About Puyo Puyo, your objective is to create combos with four or more “Puyos” of the same colour, all the while preventing these colourful blobs from reaching the top of your playfield. It’s a battle of skill and endurance in this entertaining game filled with charming characters! The game comes with an arcade mode, and both local and online multiplayer, and a valid Nintendo Switch Online subscription is required as well.
Both ports are being worked on by M2, so you know that the quality is there. I’ve come to see that M2 is synonymous with quality and can’t wait to see how these turn out.
