Next year, the best fighting game ever is receiving a sequel. That’s right, Injustice 2! With a huge roster of heroes and villains…that just got bigger. Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle are joining the fight in 2017.
Creative Director Ed Boon was present during the panel and dropped hints alluding to a Mortal Kombat character joining the Injustice ranks, saying; “Scorpion was the most downloaded character in Injustice 1, so we’d be idiots not to”. He also revealed that Tom Taylor, who is writing the Injustice comics storyline, is returning to write Injustice 2.
Wonder Woman and Blue Beetle join the already confirmed Batman, Superman, Aquaman, Supergirl, Gorilla Grodd, and Atrocitus!
Injustice 2 is set to hit PS4 and Xbox One sometime in 2017 with a possibility of a PC port!
