Nacon and developer Treyon are still hard at work on RoboCop: Rogue City and require a bit more time before launch.
Instead of launching in June, players can now expect to see RoboCop in September.
With your trusty Auto-9, you’ll patrol the streets of Old Detroit and deal with an assortment of criminals crowding the streets. As the former Alex Murphy voiced by original voice actor Peter Weller, I’m looking forward to seeing how Weller approaches one of his most iconic characters.
The gameplay clip does a decent job of emulating the tone of the original movies so I’m excited to see elements of the 80s films make an appearance. You can see how the developers clearly paid attention and tried to keep many aspects of Paul Vehoeven’s were kept intact.
RoboCop: Rogue Nation will now launch in September on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X.
