Earlier this week I posted the first episode of the Resident Evil 4 anime that is clearly inspired by Studio Ghibli. Today, the second episode is out and it is hilarious.
In Leon and the Mysterious Village, the second episode catches us up to when Leon meets Ashley Graham, the girl he must escort out of the Spanish countryside. “You gotta stay close to me,” says Leon to Ashley before she is abruptly kidnapped by a Ganado, then another, and then another. The humour is comical and showcases what sort of situation Leon is facing as he deals with the Plaga virus.
Resident Evil 4 launches on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC on March 24.
