Resident Evil 3 Remake Demo Launching This Week

Capcom revealed that on March 19, a demo for the upcoming Resident Evil 3 remake will be available.

The demo will put players into the boots of Jill Valentine as she works with Carlos Oliveira and the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.) to evacuate civilians from a crumbling Raccoon City.

In addition, Capcom wants players to test their limit with Mr. Charlie’s scavenger hunt when playing the demo. Hidden throughout Raccoon City are 20 Mr. Charlie statues, and you’ll need to find and destroy them all while avoiding Nemesis. An on-screen counter will help keep an inventory of your statues, before giving you a final count at the end of the demo.

Then, later this month, Resident Evil Resistance, the asymmetrical 4 vs 1 multiplayer experience will be available later this month beginning on March 27. Playing as Daniel Fabron, one of four Masterminds in the final game, or play as one of the four survivors, each with their own unique skills to escape the experiment created by Daniel Fabron. Beta is set to go live March 27 at 3:00 AM EST and runs until launch day on April 3, 2020.
