Rainbow Six Siege NA League Wraps Stage 1

Stage 1 of the newly-minted Rainbow Six Siege NA League is in the books, and it was quite the adventure!

If you haven’t been watching R6S lately or haven’t clued in from the title, this season’s league is an amalgamation allowing Canadian and US Teams to participate in the same division.

If you are at all like me, you were very worried when the announcement came down the ol’ R6S mail tube that Canada would not be a part of the NA pro circuit. And while Canada only has one Canadian-based team and three Canadian-born players across the nine competing teams, we are being represented quite well! I should say that Quebec is well-represented!

First place Oxygen Esports gets it leading from French-Canadian Davide “FoxA” Bucci, who has been “Captain Canada” for years now and is such a joy to watch.

Canada’s only team, Mirage, currently sits in third place – just one win, three rounds, or 3 points behind Oxygen Esports.

Stage 2 will begin in June with another best-of-one round-robin format where another $50,000 is in the vault. Once again, it will split between the teams with $15,000 for the group in 1st place.

Stay tuned for more details on a start date!
