Prideful Sloth’s Grow: Song of the Evertree Announced

505 Games is working with Prideful Sloth, the developer of Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles on a new title that is set to launch this year.

Grow: Song of the Evertree sees you in the role of an Everheart Alchemist, someone who can hear the Evertree, a tree where multiple worlds reside on the branches of this tree, which is currently only a sapling. As one of the last Everheart Alchemists, you must care for the sapling and nature it to maturation.

You’re encouraged to explore at your own pace with you being able to decide how your time is spent in the game, you can explore caves and solve puzzles, or collect minerals and flowers or go fishing or catching bugs.

Through Alchemy, you’ll craft World Seeds and generate new worlds, each with its own characteristics. You must tend to these worlds, rejuvenate them and see what becomes of each world as new properties of the world emerge through nurturing them. You can generate unique meadows, deserts, frozen worlds even expect unpredictable results.

Learning to speak to the people around you may provide unique insights and listen to their stories, helping them when in need. You can make them happier by finding a place for them to stay, helping them land their dream job, or gifting them accessories and decorations. Build structures and buildings to create the town of your dreams and customize it to your heart’s content.
