State of Play

PlayStation Announces State of Play for January 31, Will Feature Extended Looks at Stellar Blade and Rise of the Ronin

As the month’s final days count down, PlayStation has announced it’s hosting a State of Play presentation on January 31st. The Wednesday presentation will be a 40-minute-long show featuring more than 15 games, including extended looks at two upcoming PS5 titles, Stellar Blade and Rise of the Ronin, according to a PlayStation Blog post.

As for the other titles in the upcoming State of Play, PlayStation did not reveal much, but fans can expect many other updates on already announced titles coming to PS5 and PSVR2 this year and beyond. The last State of Play we got was back in mid-September, before the fall season officially kicked off, which is when we got a look at some great games, including Baby Steps, Resident Evil 4 VR Mode, Helldivers II, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.

PlayStation’s first State of Play broadcast of the year will begin on January 31st at 5 p.m. ET on  YouTubeTwitch, and TikTok.
