Sony’s lineup for PlayStation Plus in December has been revealed and it includes some excellent titles. Sony also revealed a recent price skyrocket for subscribers which has not been well received by many.
December’s PlayStation Plus arrive next week
“A new month means a new PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup. December’s titles of Lego 2K Drive, Powerwash Simulator and Sablewill be available to PlayStation Plus members on Tuesday, December 5 until Monday, January 1. Let’s take a closer look at each game,” says Adam Michel, Director, Content Acquisitions and Operations at SIE.
While the games being added to the service are good, the fact is that many will now look at each month’s offerings under a new scope. Subscribers have a bad taste in their mouth as Sony increased prices by up to 40 percent in August.
Lego 2K Drive is an excellent blend of Forza Horizon and Hot Wheels Unleashed, and Visual Concepts developed it. There’s tons to do, including a story mode and multiplayer.
PowerWash Simulator is an excellent title that’ll entertain you for hours. Put on a podcast and wash away all your problems. There are even crossovers with Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Back to the Future.
Lastly, Sable is well worth your time. From our review, “Sable is a stylish and gorgeously crafted exploration game that leaves a lasting impression. Its approach to a sci-fi narrative is one that I hope to see more of in all forms of entertainment. Despite minor technical hiccups here and there, nothing can take away from the fact that Sable is one of 2021’s shining gems. It is one of the year’s best experiences, indie or otherwise.”
You can pick up Aliens: Fireteam Elite, Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and Mafia 2: Definitive Edition — until December 4.
