Ubisoft is partnering with OWO, a company specializing in haptic experiences for video games. I’m all for good haptic feedback via my controller, but taking this to another level where you feel it all over your body? I’m mildly curious to see how interactive Assassin’s Creed Mirage is with a haptic vest.

According to the page listing, OWO says you “are Basim” when wearing the haptic vest. The system allows the wearer to feel all your precise movements when you take targets down or when they strike at you.
Inside the OWO Skin package is the skin, the OWO device, 20x Gel pads, a charging cable, a storage pouch, and a digital copy of Assassin’s Creed Mirage.
Using My OWO App, you can then sync and calibrate the OWO skin, and the app saves your stats so your calibration is automatically customized when you play.
No word on a release date yet, but the Mirage edition will be available initially for purchase on OWO’s official website. It will be sold as a bundle with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, available through different retailers later. The price of a regular edition of OWO’s haptic vest is €499.
