CD Projekt Red has finally revealed our first look at the next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition. The update was previously delayed last year into 2022 with no release date.
However, now we know that on December 14, the next-gen update is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC and will be free for existing owners.
You’ll be able to toggle between Performance and Quality modes and prioritize framerate at 60 FPS, or stick with higher visual fidelity via Quality. This will include Ray Tracing in Quality mode with global illumination and ambient occlusion at 30 FPS.
Players can also import their save via the cloud, play around in Photo Mode, and experience new content inspired by The Witcher on Netflix.
