Codemasters and Deep Silver have announced that the open beta for ONRUSH will begin on Thursday May 17 at 9 AM EST time and conclude on Monday May 20 at 5 AM EST for both PS4 and Xbox One. Players who pre-order ONRUSH digitally on the PS4 will be also granted early access to the open beta and hit the tracks on May 15.
The open beta will give players an insight into the experience they can look forward to when the game is fully released by enjoying the Superstar Practice mode where they will be pitted against AI vehicles, which can be enjoyed in either solo or with a group of friends in the cooperative mode. Players can also test their driving abilities with other players around the world in the Stampede 6v6 multiplayer mode.
The beta will consist of two tracks, two game modes, and four vehicle classes that will give players plenty to enjoy while they are behind the wheel. The tracks will also feature weather conditions and different times of day to create a much more immersive experience. The experience earned in the beta will also transfer over into the final game when it is released on June 5.
