Onion Games, the developer behind Moon: Remix RPG Adventure has revealed they are working on a new, sandbox RPG. The project is currently in development with Onion Games founder Yoshiro Kimura leading the project. There isn’t much information about the new game but there is a bit of finality for Yoshiro Kimura, who states in the note that “I think this will probably be my final RPG.”
Right now, all we have is some concept art to go on, we know that “This world is full of irrational events,” whatever that means. Kimura goes on, “Can children ever hope to overcome this irrationality which adults have left unresolved? In bringing back the romantic, fairytale nature of RPGs, I want to discover my own answer to this question.”
The studio was founded in 2012 and has since released Black Bird, Dandy Dungeon: Legend of Brave Yamada, and Million Onion Hotel, and Moon: Remix RPG Adventure.
