Nintendo Will Be At Fan Expo This Weekend

Fan Expo is here! Are you ready? We’re going to be on location exploring all the fun things the convention has to offer and with that, we want to let our readers know about Nintendo being at Toronto Fan Expo this year, they always bring the best titles to the convention, this year looks to be no different! Nintendo’s booth is located in the South Hall of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and the booth number is 1548. If you haven’t had a chance to try Arms or Splatoon 2 yet, we encourage you to check them out as both are solid titles that bring a lot of fun to the masses.

Pokkén Tournament DX Invitational  – Saturday, September 2 at 12:00 p.m.

Four Canadian gamers will step into the arena and battle to become the Ferrum League champion in Pokkén Tournament DX – weeks before the game launches for Nintendo Switch on September 22. Players will participate in a round-robin tournament, followed by a best-of-three, single-elimination semifinal stage and a best-of-five championship.

 

ARMS Tournament – Saturday, September 2 at 2:00 p.m.

Fan Expo attendees can put their fighting skills to the test in an epic ARMS battle. Participation in this tournament is open to Fan Expo attendees – qualifying games will be held at the Nintendo booth beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 2 (a limited number of spaces are available in the qualifying round). Eight participants selected during qualifying will do battle in a single-elimination bracketed tournament for the chance to be crowned the ARMS Tournament champion.

 

Splatoon 2 Inkling Invitational – Sunday, September 3 at 3:00 p.m.

Fan Expo attendees can witness fierce competitors battle for ink-splatting glory in the Splatoon 2 Inkling Invitational. During this tournament, four Splatoon 2 teams will battle each other in a round-robin Turf War tournament. A single-elimination semifinals and final round will determine which Splatoon 2 team will reign supreme.
