MAR10 Day [March 10th] is just around the corner, and Nintendo is looking at some of the great and family-friendly plans they have to celebrate everyone’s favourite hatted plumbing hero.
Events will start, presumably, with a countdown from three and a high-octane rush as Nintendo will share more details about Wave 4 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass DLC (including full track list and the March 9th launch!)
The Mario-themed Nintendo Switch is also getting a MAR10 Day package that celebrates adventure and Mario’s upcoming theatrical debut. The package includes a Nintendo Switch console with red and blue Joycons, a set of Super Mario Bros Movie stickers, and a free personal choice of one of the following Mario games: Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, or New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe. The bundle is available starting on March 10th at a suggested retail price of $399.99 at the My Nintendo Store and select retailers.
The games from above are also part of a list of games that will receive MAR10 Day discounts. Celebrate the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom with two waves of savings on select Nintendo Switch games. The first half of the sale starts on March 10th at 3 a.m. ET and lasts until March 23rd at 2:59 p.m. ET. It features deals on digital games and DLC featuring Mario and friends, including Mario Party Superstars, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Yoshi’s Crafted World, and Luigi’s Mansion 3. The second wave of the sale runs from March 24th at 3 a.m. ET until April 7th at 2:59 p.m. ET. This sale includes savings on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Maker 2, and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury.
