At this point, Remedy Entertainment have dangled a lot of Control Resonant in front of us this past week, with appearances at several of the summer games showcases that aired.
In the “Take CONTROL” trailer shown at the PC Gaming Show, we get another look at an eerie, disfigured Manhattan.
We see several of the city’s diverse locations, fast-paced, hammer-dropping combat, supernatural abilities, and encounters with the otherworldly threats reshaping reality.
We, of course, now know that Control Resonant will hammer-slam its way onto PC and console September 24, 2026.
Another thing that came out of the PC Gaming Show was a behind-the-scenes dev vlog featuring several Remedy team members exploring the new outside world and all its chaos.
As a show aimed at us PC gamers, we also got spoiled with performance details — learning that CONTROL Resonant will launch with full support for the latest NVIDIA RTX technologies, delivering cutting-edge visual fidelity powered by DLSS 4.5 and path-traced rendering.
RTX Mega Geometry will boost physical performance, enhanced by DLSS Ray Reconstruction and accelerated by DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi-Frame Generation.
