Per Eurogamer, Netflix is set to work on a triple-A big-budget PC game, which was discovered via a job posting for one of Netflix’s game studios.
This job in particular is for the recently established Netflix Games Studio, which will be run by Chacko Sunny. The studio is also currently hiring project directors, a lead engineer, and a live service analyst.
Also, the recently established studio is on the hunt for a game director, technical director, art director, live service analyst, and lead engineer. Regarding what the project is, it’s a triple-A PC game using Unreal Engine 5.
This will likely tie into the studio working on a series “worthy of a Netflix film/TV series.”
In September, the streaming giant opened a new studio out of Helsinki, Finland with Marko Lastikka leading the team. Netflix has also purchased Night School Studio and Boss Fight Entertainment.
