NetherRealm Studios has revealed Nitara is joining the roster of Mortal Kombat 1 in the lead-up to its September 19 launch. Warner Bros. Games also revealed Megan Fox will be voicing the latest character.

“I grew up playing Mortal Kombat and I can’t believe that I’m voicing a character in the new game,” said Megan Fox in a press release. “It’s an honor to be a part of one of the greatest video game legacies of all time.”
We last saw Nitara in the 2021 movie reboot of Mortal Kombat. Now, she’s back as part of the launch roster in Mortal Kombat 1.
Here’s an official description of the character, “Hailing from the dark and desolate realm of Vaeternus, Nitara fights to protect her race of vampires and utilizes her ferocious claws, razor-sharp fangs, and aerial abilities to take on any opponent in her path.”
