Capcom will hold a digital event on January 7, 2021, to talk about the Nintendo Switch exclusive, Monster Hunter Rise, which is set to launch later this year. Expect to hear fresh news, new reveals and more at the event.

Monster Hunter Rise Digital Event as it is called, will kick off at 9:00 AM EST and will feature Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto and Director Yasunori Ichinose. In addition, a new trailer will debut and will also confirm the date of the demo, which is set to go live in January at some point. You can watch on the Monster Hunter YouTube and Twitch channels linked.
Monster Hunter Rise launches on March 26, 2021 for the Nintendo Switch.
UPDATE: As predicted, the live stream that occurred today included the reveal that a demo is dropping tomorrow morning. In addition, we got a look at Wyvern Riding and a better look at the Wirebug.
Once you’ve met the unlock requirements, you’ll be able to use your Wirebug to bind monsters to use a feature called Wyvern Riding.
This lets you use Ironsilk to control wild monsters. You can even use this to make a monster attack other monsters.
