Good news, everyone! Minecraft is joining Xbox Game Pass next month!
Starting on April 4, 2019, if you are a subscriber to Xbox Game Pass, you’ll be building in no time as Minecraft comes to the service. Since 2009, Minecraft has had one of the best, most active and engaging communities around. The community attracted 91 million players around the world and thanks to Game Pass, allows subscribers to interact with 20 unique platforms like Windows 10, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and mobile devices.
Xbox Game Pass players will also gain access to an ever-expanding array of content for purchase via the in-game Minecraft Marketplace, which contains over 1,000 pieces of content from 60 distinct creators.
Plus, with Minecraft´s free content updates, you´ll always find new environments worth exploring, tools to create and mobs to meet.
Most recently Minecraft released an update last summer with tons of Aquatic items including mobs like Turtles and Dolphins. Next is the upcoming Village & Pillage update set for release this spring.
