Ubisoft has announced something pretty cool for the Ubisoft Club, it’s your own personal digital assistant! Now, don’t go expecting something like Siri or Alexa, no. Sam is catered towards gaming, so if you have any questions pertaining to Assassin’s Creed or Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, for example, Sam can assist in answering those questions.
Sam is currently in beta for Canadian gamers who use Ubisoft Club, and if you’re still not sure what she can do for you, look no further:
“Let’s say you’re a competitive Rainbow Six: Siege player — once you sign into the Ubisoft Club, Sam will helpfully chime in with a recap of your last match, tell you how many PVP rounds you’ve won so far, and most importantly, offer up a selection of curated YouTube videos to help you get even better. Assuming everything in this beta goes well, Sam will be tied more thoughtfully into more Ubisoft properties, to the point where it’ll begin to push specific stats and tips to you once you fire up a game. For now, though, the Sam team is just concerned about getting Sam out into the world so it can see what has to be polished and fixed.”
Sam is currently available in Canada, with more countries gaining access in the coming months
