Make-A-Wish International’s Global Livestream Event Is Back With Park Beyond

Make-A-Wish International’s Global Livestream Fundraiser “Stream For The Wishes” is back for a sophomore stream, and this year’s follow-up is getting a pretty powerful partnership!

Bandai Namco Europe and German-based Limbic Entertainment are bringing their zero-gravity theme park tycoon game Park Beyond to this year’s event.

In Park Beyond, players will soon discover the “Impossification” — where technology, money, and gravity are not insurmountable obstacles — only the player’s creativity is the limit. Now, the idea of “Impossification” will be helping to grant wishes to children around the world who are living with critical illnesses by supporting the upcoming global fundraiser.

This collaboration makes further sense as Make-A-Wish reports that technology-related wishes and wishes to travel to places like the world’s most popular theme parks are now two of the most common types of wishes hoped for by children undergoing medical treatment.

“We pride ourselves on being innovative and offering this community of fundraisers the chance to support a global charity that makes an impact around the world and in their own communities. This will be the second year of our global event and Bandai Namco Europe’s support and investment in our mission will help grant these life-changing wishes and raise awareness in the streaming community that we are here and ready to partner with them as a charity of choice,” says Luciano Manzo, CEO of Make-A-Wish International.

Arnaud Muller, CEO at Bandai Namco Europe, adds, “At Bandai Namco, we aim at delivering fun for all, so supporting Make-a-Wish International’s livestream fundraiser was only a matter of time. With Park Beyond, we’ve found a perfect match – as both the Foundation and our game are all about making wishes come true! We strive to make seemingly impossible wishes possible in the future!”

If you want to take part in the events and/or set up a stream across April (Canada’s week of events starts April 7th) to help out, there’s a handy toolkit full of information and assets to keep you focused on the wishes and not the work!
