Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior

Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior Is Set to Launch On February 13th, In Anticipation A Steam Next Fest Demo Drops One Week Before

Additionally, a 20 percent launch week discount will be offered to early bird players

Spotlight, Quantic Dream’s publishing label and developer, developer Sand Door Studio, has announced that its upcoming title, Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior, will launch on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) on February 13th. According to a press release, a 20 percent discount will be offered to players who pick up the game from February 13th through the 20th.

“It has been an incredible adventure, with the game starting as a student project and evolving into our studio’s first-ever title. Players familiar with hack’n’slash games will find all the aspects they love about the genre, including a heroine battling hordes of enemies… the game is really tactical. We can’t wait to see how players will make the gameplay their own, adapting their skills and tactics, combining different weapons and spell combos, and leveraging their past selves to save the kingdom,”  Sand Door Studio game director,” Thibault Legouet said.

Players looking to taste Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior before the release can download the game’s demo during Steam next fest from February 5th through the 12th, so mark it on your calendar. Quantic Dream and Sand Door Studio announced they will host two live streams during Steam Next Fest on February 6th and 9th, from 6:30 to 8 PM. A new Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior trailer has been released on Quantic Dream’s YouTube channel.

Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior is a tactical hack-and-slash game that takes players to the ancient cities of Antala, which has been at peace for half a millennium until now. Play as Imë, a warrior who can swing the fate of battle in their favour thanks to their power to rewind time in combat, which allows her to summon clones of her past self. The game’s centred mechanic sounds much like Clank’s time powers in 2009’s Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time but is expanded upon more in this upcoming 2024 game.

February is already set to be a busy month for games, as some big releases coming out in the same week as Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior include Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, Ultros, Tomb Raider I–III Remastered, Mario vs. Donkey Kong, and Skull & Bones.
