Neowiz and Koei Tecmo are collaborating on a Lies of P and Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty crossover. The news comes hot on the announcement that the upcoming Pinocchio-inspired SOulslike has been downloaded over 1 million times since the demo launched last week.

Set in the Han Dynasty era, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty invites players to journey through the universe of the Three Kingdoms in a fictionalized and very dark story. Your role as a warrior will be to defeat the forces of the Yellow Turban Rebellion, a major peasant revolt at the end of the 2nd century. This rebellion will be both dark and sinister and will put you to the test against fearsome demons and other creatures inspired by Chinese folklore.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will launch Battle of Zhongyuan, its first downloadable content, on June 29.
Furthermore, Lies of P has you playing the titular character, Pinocchio. You awaken in the remnants of a devasted city with the specific goal of finding Geppetto. From the trailer, it is undoubtedly a dark tale being told, and there are a lot of macabre monsters to battle against. You can craft weapons and even interact with those who have chosen to stay behind in the ruins. The caveat when playing Pinocchio is that the more lies told, the more human you become.
Lies of P will launch for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and Game Pass on September 19, 2023.
