Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Capcom Showcases More Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess

Capcom revealed a deep dive into Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess.

The trailer lasts over six minutes, showcasing the world filled with Japanese culture and mysticism. Capcom confirms Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a single-player title and will test your abilities.

Players will take on the role of Soh, who is tasked with rescuing villagers and purifying their villages on Mount Kafuku along with the Maiden, Yoshiro. Mount Kafuku offers dynamic day and night cycles, and players must adapt to constantly changing battle conditions as they confront enemies infused with the power of stolen masks. By harnessing the power of Tsuba guards, wielding dance-like sword techniques, and taking advantage of different villager roles, players can work with the villagers to prepare for an impending battle and cleanse the mountain.

There are also three roles: a woodcutter, who excels at close-range combat; archers, who excel at long-range combat; and ascetics, who use spells to restrain the Seethe.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is coming to Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC. It will also be available on day one on Xbox Game Pass.
