While rumours have swirled over the last few days about the next fighter coming to Dragon Ball FighterZ, Bandai Namco went ahead and confirmed that Kid Goku from Dragon Ball GT, is indeed real and coming to the massively successful fighting game.

From what little information there is, Arc System Works decided upon using Goku’s appearance from the unofficial GT Saga, the moveset shown in screenshots seemingly lines up with that of the original Dragon Ball Goku all thanks to the Power Pole seen in the images.
There’s also his Reverse Kamehameha, Super Kamehameha attack, transforming into Super Saiyan 3. Goku is also able to use his Super Spirit Bomb to help decimate his opponents.
While there is no trailer for Kid Goku, he is part of the paid FighterZ Pass 2, which is around $30 CAD, and includes the previously revealed Jiren and Videl, as well as Broly and Gogeta.
