What a great way to shred our way through the tail end of summer, more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge DLC Dimension Shellshock has released its latest trailer and unveiled yet another fighter joining the mix: The Foot Clan’s high-ranking member Karai.
Introduced in the 90s in the Eastman and Laird TMNT comic series, she’s the second in command to Shredder and often a thorn in the side of Splinter and the Turtles. But this time, she’s seen alongside the rest of the crew kicking Foot Clan’s butt!
Karai is just one of the new playable characters in Dimension Shellshock. We previously told you about Usagi, a fighter seen across other TMNT media, like the animated series and comics. Each has exciting moves, with Karai’s being shown off in this latest update. Her electrified moves and chain attacks make her a great addition to the beat ’em up title.
A survival mode will also be included in the DLC where you can team up and see how many Foot Clan and bosses you can tackle amongst the 6-player chaos that is TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge.
The Dimension Shellshock DLC will be available in a few short days on August 31st. A free update will be released shortly after, including the fantastic palette-swap options.
All of this has me very excited to jump back into this game. Who wants to team up!?
