SNK is close to launching the reboot of Samurai Shodown. We’re getting several characters reveals in the lead up to launch and today we’re getting our first look at Jubei Yagyu, a man of honour, a man of distinction, a man of good taste. Jubei can read his opponents and show them exactly what it means to embrace death.
Jubei’s been a part of the series since the original Samurai Shodown and has been wandering Japan in search of enlightenment. Always on the lookout for potential students, the swordsman is a force to be reckoned with, as he is highly skilled with his katana, and inclose quarters will run you through with his blade.
Samurai Shodown launches June 25, 2019, for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
