Fortnite is joining the hunt for John Wick, according to data miner Lucas7yoshi_ on Twitter. Since the season 9 update launched, data miners noticed a bunch of references and let the word out. Then came the skins attached to the crossover for John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum.

The skins come in two variants: undamaged and damaged John Wick, as well as a gold coin cosmetic item. There is also a new set of rules for a limited-time mode where collecting tokens being the objective. Other objectives include things like bounties and using weapons found in the movie. Lucas7yoshi_ also found files pertaining to the Continental Hotel, a hotbed of assassin business ongoings but a place where “no business is conducted.”
Just as Epic Games did with Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, another crossover makes sense and engages the community. New ways to play Fortnite keeps people invested with a summer blockbuster like John Wick 3 leaving its mark. Of course, if you are an active player you might recognize the season 3 skin “The Reaper,” looking similar to the official skin.
John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum is out this Friday.
