Biomutant

Biomutant is out next week and THQ Nordic and developer Experiment 101 have put together videos showcasing the game running on next-gen hardware.

On PlayStation 5, Biomutant runs in native 1080p at 60 FPS, upscaled to 60 FPS with Dynamic Resolution. In the video, there is a disclaimer and it may not be the best news – “With this build, the option for native 4K on PlayStation has been disabled due to stability – and performance-related reasons.” confirms the video. “What you see here is 1080p at 60 frames-per-second upscaled to 4K at 60 frames-per-second. It will remain deactivated for the release version, too.”

THQ Nordic mentions that there will be more information on a native PlayStation 5 version soon.

On Xbox Series X, Biomutant in native 4K resolution at 60 frames per second with Dynamic Resolution.
