Halo Infinite Multiplayer is Now Live

Over the weekend, the Halo rumor mill was on fire. There were whispers through the forums and on Twitter of 343 Industries releasing the multiplayer of Halo Infinite on November 15, 2021, the 20th anniversary of the Xbox. Fast forward to the end of the Xbox 20th Anniversary live stream, Tom French, Multiplayer Associate Creative Director for Halo Infinite, announced that the multiplayer for Halo Infinite is now live.

Players can enjoy the Season 1 content including all maps, core modes, Academy features, and Battle Pass, and all of their progress carries over into the full Halo Infinite launch on December 8. For complete details on the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta, head over to Halo Waypoint.

Halo Infinite’s first season, “Heroes of Reach”, begins today and runs through May 2, 2022. Infinite’s Battle Pass offers free and premium tracks accounting for more than 100 unlockable items. If you purchase a Halo Infinite Premium Battle Pass, it will not expire – so if you jump in later in the season or can’t complete it by May, no worries – you’ll be able to progress on your own terms. Start playing today and begin building your own personal Spartan by unlocking additional armor pieces, weapon charms, visors, coatings, emblems, Armor FX, and more!

What are you waiting for! It is now available to download on Xbox or Steam. If you’re not interested in the multiplayer, the campaign is still on schedule for a December 8, 2021 release.

See you on the field, Spartans
